Hello Suzanne! I don’t know if you remember me, but you and I were both in Ed Sprunger’s
Book 1 teacher training class about 5 years ago. I have been going down to SLC to do teacher training in subsequent years (except for last year – I took a trip to Europe instead!) Anyway, I LOVE your website – I have come across it numerous times now. What a gift to the Suzuki community!
I was wondering what you use for the tip of the bow in this video clip… Is it a washer, or a ring of some kind?
Hi Christine 🙂 It is so great to hear from you!! I can’t believe that was 5 years ago! I’m glad that you like the web site! Thank You 🙂 You know, I think they are small lifesaver candies… but a ring or a washer or something like that would also help – anything to help our bows to stay vertical. Cathy Lee has her students do circles right by the wall! If the bow is crooked, you can hear it tap the wall. That’s difficult. Anyway, maybe I will see you this year at Institute! 🙂 Thanks for your comment Christine – bye 🙂
